Shipping costs, lead time, and tracking

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of items ordered, and delivery location.

Please note that shipping times depend on the choice of courier and delivery locations. Orders are typically shipped the day after orders are verified, with a cut-off time of 2:00pm.

Delivery confirmation, tracking numbers and estimated time of arrival will be sent over email.

Cancellations

We will try to confirm cancel request orders prior to shipping. Karavision is not responsible for any charges that may arise from unconfirmed cancellations. Products cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been shipped.

Incorrect shipment

In case of incorrect shipments, please contact us within 3 days from the date package is received at:

We will confirm the incorrect shipment and will request that the customer ship back the product to Karavision. Product must be returned in perfect condition with original delivery packaging, and must be prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price. Karavision will issue full refund plus shipping costs.

Customer will be charged for missing parts or accessories. In the event of the product being damaged due to customer misuse, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Warranty

The warranty for Karavision player is specified in the product’s warranty card.

Warranty does not cover shipping or delivery costs for warranty purposes.

The warranty card and proof of purchase (official receipt or invoice) is needed to avail of services.
